After School Program Educator
Nurturing Knowledge School is seeking an upbeat, positive, and dependable educator for our after school School Age Program, available onsite at either Loyal Heights Elementary or Greenwood Elementary. Our team serves K-5 elementary students, providing high quality childcare with a strong enrichment emphasis. We value balance, play, and emotional well-being for our students and staff, offering engaged, supportive leadership and vibrant, caring teaching peers.
Daily Schedule
- 5-day schedule
- M, T, Th, F approximately 2pm – 6pm, and 12:30-6:00pm on Wednesdays
Daily Experience
- Look after the safety and well-being of your students
- Plan and share unique and inspiring activities
- Establish quality relationships with your students and their families
- Keep classrooms tidy throughout the day
- Provide first aid in cases of minor injury
As a Program Educator Please Be:
- 18 years of age or older
- Experienced working in a school lor camp setting
- An open communicator and enthusiastic team player
- Excited to plan inspiring activities for children ages 5-12
- Prepared to pass a Washington State criminal background check
